| A | Resinco is a global investment company which specializes in providing early stage financing to private and public exploration and mining companies in the hard rock minerals, precious metals, rare-earth minerals, oil, gas, water and renewable energy markets. |
| Q | What criteria does Resinco look for in investments? |
| A | Resinco looks for a number of attributes when evaluating potential investments: • Management with proven company leadership and technical/business expertise in the field of exploration and mining • Significant "hard-dollar" investments by management • Sufficient verifiable technical information to support asset quality and projected claims • Well developed strategic and business plan with key deliverables that will enhance enterprise value. Deliverables clearly articulated and quantified • Professional due diligence package available to facilitate efficient Resinco Technical Advisory Board (TAB) assessment --Total access for TAB • Managers must be willing to accept non-passive involvement by Resinco management/technical representatives |
| Q | Where does Resinco's capital come from? |
| A | Resinco 's capital comes from private placements and from selling positions in our investment portfolio that have reached our original investment goals. |
| Q | Will Resinco lead my deal? |
| A | Yes. We prefer to lead or co-lead the initial venture capital investments in our portfolio companies. We typically partner with other venture capital firms to form an investment syndicate with the financial stamina to go the distance. |
| Q | How does Resinco identify potential investments? |
| A | Resinco has a process that includes its TAB where potential investments are initially reviewed from a due diligence perspective. If the project passes their initial evaluation more detailed technical due diligence is completed. In parallel financial, legal and management assessment is conducted. All potential investments are discussed and sanctioned by either the chief executive office or in the larger investments members of the board of directors. |
| Q | How long does the Resinco due diligence process take before an interest is decided upon? |
| A | It really depends on the deal and the complexity of the due diligence. Provided managements has a quality package of due-diligence information available investment decisions are usually made in a 20 day period. |
| Q | How much does Resinco typically invest? |
| A | Resinco typically invests $200,000 to $500,000 in initial financings. Subsequent financings are usually much larger with Resinco participating as lead and bringing other institutional investors into the financing. In several investments Resinco has in excess of $3.0 million invested. |
| Q | Why should I believe the Resinco team will work hard for me? |
| A | Resinco's internal team, the TAB and Resinco's board of directors collectively have over a century of experience in investing in and building companies all over the globe. Each member of the team is personally invested in Resinco and motivated to ensure the success of the investments and thereby Resinco as a whole. In many cases and in particular where a member of Resinco's exectuvie management or board of directors aremembers of investee company board of directors these personnel have direct investments. |

| A | Resinco has participated in financings with, but not limited to, Pinetree Capital Partners, Firebird Management, Canadian Nexus Ventures, Red Rock Resources, Regency Mining and PowerOne Capital Markets. |

| A | Resinco invests in near, medium and long term opportunities based upon the stage the investment is at in its development. Long term, generative investments typically take 3 to 5 years to reach the point where Resinco will start to look for an exit. |

| A | In many ways such as: • Resinco works with large institutional investors when looking to exit an investment. That way the investment's share price will not be adversely affected by Resinco selling in the open market. • Resinco will assist in finding a strategic investment partner. |
